Here at Beach Creek Post-Acute, we pride ourselves on a changing menu prepared with the finest ingredients by an executive chef. If you are with us for a brief three-week stay you may never have the same meal twice. If you are a resident who has made us your new family, you may be looking forward with anticipation for your favorite meal. See below for an example of a single day’s menu:
Breakfast Entrée
- Blueberry pancakes
- Breakfast sausage
- Your choice of Hot or Cold cereal
- Your choice of orange juice, cranberry juice, grape juice, apple juice
Entrées are accompanied by milk, coffee, or tea.
Lunch Entrées
Your Choice of:
- Roast Pork with peach sauce served with herbed rice and mixed vegetables
- Roll with Margarine
or
- Sweet and Sour Chicken served with Chow Mein noodles
- Mixed Vegetables
- Roll with Margarine
Both Entrées are accompanied by milk, coffee, or tea. Tiramisu is offered for dessert.
Dinner Entrées
Your Choice of:
- Hearty Vegetable Soup
- Tuna Apple Salad
- Roll with Margarine
or
- Hot Pastrami Sandwich
- Marinated Broccoli Salad
Both Entrées are accompanied by milk, coffee, or tea and are followed by a peanut butter brownie for dessert.
Additional Entrée Options
The following selections are also available every day, and may be substituted for any daily lunch or dinner entrée:
- Fresh Seasonal Fruit Plate served with yogurt or cottage cheese
- Chef Salad served with an assortment of meats and cheeses with your choice of dressing
- Cheese pizza
- Cheese quesadilla
- Bean and cheese burrito
- An assortment of sandwiches to include tuna salad, grilled cheese, turkey, ham and cheese, BLT, and Peanut butter and jelly
- Hamburger / Cheeseburger
- Pasta Marinara or Pasta with Meatballs
Snacks
Nutritious snacks are served throughout the day as well as the evening and include your choice of:
- Fresh fruit
- Cheese and crackers
- An assortment of yogurt
- An assortment of pudding
- An assortment of sandwiches and more!
